To be listed, simply fill in this form and e-mail your zeds in to join@chikmodels.com. You must have professionally taken zed cards. Please note that we are a model agency and are very picky with our models. Note that just because we don't accept, it doesn't mean that you cannot model. There are other modeling agencies which may suit your style better, or better yet - try out at a Chik Talent. If you don't have zed cards, still send your photo in, and if you're what we're looking for - you may get a free shoot session.

We have a height requirement, minimum 5'8 (173 cm) for females, and 5'11 (180cm) for males.

The snapshots should be natural, no make-up, one full length shot and one face shot.
